Outage Notifications

With thounds of customers on our network and the large number of calls during and after an outage, it's not feasable to call everyone back with a live person. So we have created a system spcifically to notify those users about current and upcoming outages.

Email List Server

Register your email address with the email list server to get the most up to date information. The email list server is the preferred method for getting outage notifications because it is quick and accurate. Furthermore, it is the only method currently supported. Other methods such as Facebook, Google+ and Twitter may still work, but we cannot guarantee the timeliness of reports to these systems.
